He handles all of the day-to-day corporate functions as it relates to business strategy, production and finance, along with the branding operatives, bringing more visibility to the CW-One Music Group Brand! He also handles various functions within the scope of strategic planning and development, that enables the two companies’ growth process to continue at its peak-- generating a revenue stream within various business markets. His company has subsidiary imprint labels - CW One Latin, ITMEPAUL, New 3RA Music Crew & Next Millennium Entertainment. He has consulted for Music Registry, and Max Media - a music marketing and media company. Carlton Wright has also represented artists through the artist development and management branch of CW-One Music Group; LXXS, Easy Lantana, Jae Storm and past artists: Real Right, G-Vision, Yve, and Frank Lucas Jr., under CW-One Entertainment. He was a board member for the not-for-profit organization - Bronx Rox, and maintains strong relationships with a broad host of deejays, radio producers & programmers, station managers, photographers, fashion designers, etc.
